Switched to dates powder for my kids, because I wanted to cut refined sugar. Best decision. I mix it in her ragi porridge, pancakes, and homemade laddoos. She loves the taste and I love that it’s 100% natural with no chemicals. It’s not as sweet as sugar, so I use a bit more, but at least I know she’s getting some iron and fiber too. For everything else, it’s perfect. Thank you Doctor for developing such a thoughtful product. It genuinely helps parents like me.
