Shipping of all Kiddikind products will be handled by our registered distribution partner M/S KNK Agencies, Trichy. 

Kindly understand that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or marked offers.

An entire postal address including pin code, email address, and contact number is vital to assist us to ship your order. Please double-check your pin-code and contact number prior to completing your order. 

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within working 3 days. 

Whereas if some of the ordered items are out of stock, then we will get them produced and have them delivered within working 10 days of the order being placed. We will intimate you of such cases. 

Our courier partners are capable of delivering the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unpredicted travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. 

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you the order tracking detail in your mail/SMS.
