After an order is confirmed, Kiddikind will not accept return or refund requests. Whereas, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

In Case Of Damaged Product 

Kiddikind needs to be intimated of the defective product within 2 days from the delivery date through email to (cc@kiddikind.com). 

In the email, the order number, copy of the invoice, contact number, 1 outer box image, and 2 appropriate images of a defective product to be sent. 

In the case of many item shipments, only the defective product can be returned and replaced. 

We will be happy to re-send and replace the products promptly and we will work with you on offering an amicable solution. 

Within 24-48 hours email will be responded and complete assistance will be offered thereafter. 

In Case Of Missing Product 

Kiddikind needs to be informed of missing products within 2 days from the delivery date through email to (cc@kiddikind.com). 

In the email, the order number, copy of the invoice, contact number, 1 outer box picture, and 2 visible images of the opened box with all items received are to be sent. 

We will not accept a refund request. But we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product. 

Within 24-48 hours email will be responded and complete assistance will be offered thereafter. 

In Case Of Spoiled Product 

Kiddikind needs to be intimated of spoilage of product within 5 days from delivery date through email to (cc@kiddikind.com). 

In the email, the order number, date of manufacture, and proper images or footage of the product to be shared. 

We take utmost care in manufacturing, storing and despatching of our products. Our products are manufactured in GMP approved plant and give our best efforts to avoid any contamination or spoilage. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of the finest and natural ingredients, and we will assure that a high level of nutritional value is retained. However, if there are any issues faced by you with regards to the quality of our products, kindly reach out to us immediately.

The product will be replaced later due to investigation and diligence, and we always guarantee a fair outcome.
